2D CGI

2D CGI is similar to cel animation In the respect that it uses layered images, but this uses Computer programs such as Flash or Photoshop, there are a two or three different animating types where each frame is broken down into different layers with each limb on a different layer. Or option two is each frame is drawn and re drawn. Here is some example

Here is an animation I found two or three years ago, it was made using a program called 'Corel Painter' and not Photoshop as i once thought

3 years ago I got bored. So bored I decided to mess around with MS pain and window’s movie maker, and decided to make an animation test, all together I think they was over 40 separate “cels” with verses eye and mouth  movement.

like i said i was really bored, and it was made with MS paint, nit the best program to use really
