Considering the story I plan on doing has the Grey wolf as
“the Good guy” and protector os Little Red Riding hood, I would need to
introduce a new threat a bigger danger then a large Grey Wolf.
So for this area of research I was looking at a verity of
Black Wolfs, “shadow wolfs (games, stories and art). And finally a demonic type
wolves. The story states that this creature is only seen peering out from
bushes, stalking behind trees, and finally standing in front of Little Red
Riding Hood at twice the size of her
Edit: after staring the concept art these, the idea of
making the Shadow Wolf a being similar to the Egyptian God Anubis, would be an
interesting thought
