Maybe a re-design is in order?. Keeping Mika’s design the
same (face and hair) I make the rest of her more or less proportionate and
somewhat “real”. After writing the
story, and re-reading it, I noticed something I over looked, “As night falls a young girl named Mika is
sitting on her bed happily reading a book”… “nightfall”… “bed”… “book”…
*CLICK* BEDTIME!. I should re distend Mika and change her cloths from her
daytime red hoody and such, and put her in some “standard” Pyjamas since you
know,, it is bed time right…
So keeping with the striped hoody design, she will be
wearing a (flower/ butterfly print) Buttoned up stripped Pjamras, and she will
have a red cloak around her neck (post credits/after dream sequence ends)
Now happy with the design of the clothing, and a slightly
longer skirt I was happy to finalise her design. Using a base sketch I made for
Mika, (so both Mika and Red would look the same, and have the same proportions
as each other,,,since they are the same person) with this sketch and Mika's I
draw a back version, just so I would be able to visualise her design, for both
modelling and story boring purposes.
Unlike Mika's model, Little Red will go through three stages.
Stage 1 is normal, perfect..
Stage 2 will contain a slight cut on her Right hand and blockish of dirt (since she fell down and cut her hand)
Stage 2 will contain a slight cut on her Right hand and blockish of dirt (since she fell down and cut her hand)
stage 3 is where the story ends, with Red tumbling out from the woods/bushes, this means she will have the odd cut, a few grazes and scratches, dust and slightly tattered cloths (mainly Cloak)
